I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Adaptive Yoga Therapy Training... It opened my eyes to the use of props and how easy it is to adapt poses to make them accessible to everyone...

There were so many wonderful ideas and I’m already integrating them into my own practice as well as my teaching. The use of options without hierarchy, encouraging people to listen to their bodies, and the use of trauma sensitive, non-judgemental language were particularly useful.
