Join us as we explore the eight-limbed path of yoga and how to apply it in modern life. Using meditation techniques, you’ll learn to train your mind to work with you (not against you), demolishing self-destructive beliefs and disempowering thoughts to discover your True Self and live a happy, fulfilled life. A comprehensive introduction to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and how they apply to modern life.
Learn meditation techniques that work for you, personally.
Learn tools and techniques to shift negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.
Develop practices to gain the discipline needed to achieve goals, improve relationships, and feel at peace with yourself.
Deepen your pranayama, meditation, mantras, introspection and teaching practices.
Course Details
The Raja Yoga Foundation Course is a live, in-person training, supported by an online curriculum. Included in the fees is the book, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: Translation & Commentary by Sri Swami Satchidananda.
Who can apply?
You don’t need to be flexible or able-bodied to join this course
You don’t need any prior yoga or meditation experience
All you need is a sincere desire to study yoga and/or meditation and a commitment to attendance and participation
