An authentic Integral Yoga experience.

Led by Hersha Chellaram, this class will cover a curriculum of Integral Yoga's study and practice designed to further your personal development.

6:30-7:00pm (30 minutes) - Raja Yoga (Yoga Study of the Mind)

• Yoga Sutras of Patanjali - Book 2: Sutras 1 & 2
• Topic: Introduction to Kriya Yoga

7:00-8:00pm (60 minutes) - Integral Yoga Hatha (multi-level)

• Following the system of Integral Yoga, participants will experience an inward-focused style of Yoga in order to enhance awareness and focus of mind. 
• Beginners welcome

Price: Suggested donation of $100 (Classes are on a pay as you wish basis with proceeds supporting YAMA Foundation - a non-profit that brings yoga to under-served communities including those with special needs, disabilities and vulnerability.)

Participants who attend consistently will receive a certificate of participation with Yoga Alliance accredited CE hours.
