Chair Yoga Class: Yoga Fest 3 Online

On September 10, 2020, YogaFest Online 3 launched and I was able to offer a 1-hour chair yoga class. The event was an online event for global healing during the pandemic. The online event was hosted by You Call This Yoga — a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (based out of Raleigh, NC) whose mission is to empower the community to enhance it’s wellbeing with accessible yoga.
