Raja Yoga Foundation Course: May 20-24, 2019 (Full-time intensive)
Raja Yoga TT: September to December 2019 (Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm) + Retreat with Nalanie Chellaram December 9-12, 2019
IY’s Raja Yoga trains graduates of the Basic TT in the science of meditation. Students not only deepen their practice towards self-realisation but also learn how to teach these concepts to others.
In-depth exploration of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
Incorporate teachings of the Eight-Limbed path into daily living
Refine personal practice of asana, pranayama and meditaiton
Public speaking, leading discussions, answering questions, teaching courses
Neuroscience and brain anatomy
Participants must commit to 125 contact hours + 25 non-contact hours. RYTT qualifies towards Yoga Alliance RYT500.
Any 200-hour TTC that includes an introduction to Raja Yoga.

Part-time training three parts:
PART 1: Raja Yoga Foundation Course - Monday May 20 to Friday May 24 2019. Daily sessions from 9:30am to 4:30pm
PART 2: Saturdays 8:30am to 4:30pm - September 14 & 28, October 5 & 19, November 2& 23
PART 3: Retreat with Nalanie Chellaram - Monday December 9 to Thursday December 12. Daily sessions from 9:30am to 4:30pm
If you have to miss any sessions, please inform the instructors in advance. Missed hours must be made up to reach the total minimum required contact hours in order to graduate. Make up hours are not included in tuition.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION
The Integral Yoga Teacher Training Program requires regular attendance, serious application and home study. We are confident that we can certify all our applicants if they are committed to study and practice. Applicants must complete a minimum of 150 hours of study. Of these, 100 hours must be in-person contact hours. Participants go through a series of qualifying exams and presentations, and has monthly homework assignments.
Upon successful completion of the course, each graduate receives a diploma from the Integral Yoga Teaching Academy certifying that he or she may teach at the level of Integral Yoga Hatha II, and may be listed as a teacher in the Integral Yoga Teachers’ Directory*. Additionally, graduating teachers can use this certification towards their RYT500 with the Yoga Alliance. The Yoga Alliance is an internationally recognised voluntary alliance of organisations and teachers dedicated to uphold the integrity of yoga, establish standards for yoga teachers, and provide support for yoga professionals.**

Hersha Chellaram has studied with Sri Swami Satchidananda since she was a child. She is the lead teacher trainer in Hong Kong, focusing on the Intermediate and Raja Teacher Training programmes.
Nalanie Chellaram is Hersha’s Raja Yoga Teacher and Trainer and is one of Integral Yoga’s leading and senior teachers for Raja Yoga and Meditation. She will be flying in to lead the teacher training.
Katia (Karuna) Bacon is an Integral Yoga certified teacher at the 500-hour level. She is in charge of Anatomy & Physiology, as well as Hatha Theory.
