I have a deep passion for the discipline of Integral Yoga. It is my absolute honour to share the teachings as authentically as they have been passed down to me by Sri Swami Satchidananda. The goal of Integral Yoga, and the birthright of every human being is to have an easeful body, a peaceful mind and a useful life.

YAMA Foundation

My husband and I co-founded YAMA Foundation: a unique non-profit organisation that brings yoga, art and meditation to under-served communities in Hong Kong regardless of background or ability. We provide free outreach programs to those who don't have the opportunity to receive the benefits of yoga and meditation. We have programs in: schools, community centres, hospices, prisons, refugee centres, hospitals, special education schools and other local charities.

I advocate for persons with disabilities and special needs. Through my journey, I have had many clients with different abilities and from different backgrounds. My greatest inspiration is my niece Talia, who was born with a rare genetic disease and her life changed my direction in teaching yoga and helping others.

By joining any class, course or training at Hersha Yoga, you become a part of the accessible yoga movement and support a great cause!
