Integral Yoga Raja Yoga: Science of the Mind Teacher Training
Integral Yoga’s Raja Yoga Teacher Training program is a thorough training in the philosophy and psychology of Yoga thought the in-depth study of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The training provides a balance of study and practice, emphasising meditation, personal introspection and living a principled life following the Eight Limbed Path of Yoga. Participants will learn how to teach the Yoga Sutras, develop public speaking skills and facilitate group discussions.
Participants must take the Raja Yoga Foundation Course (RYFC) as part of the teacher training. The RYFC is open to anyone who wants to learn the basics of meditation and the science of the mind. Once this foundation course is complete, hours will count towards completing the full teacher training.
Teacher Training Components
The course will focus on deepening your understanding of the science of the mind, outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Connection of similar teachings in other scriptures and secular beliefs.
Learn how to deepen your practice of meditation and how to teach meditation to others

Neuroscience and Brain Anatomy & Physiology
200-hour Integral Yoga Basic Teacher Training completed with an authorised Integral Yoga Trainer. The course is also available to all certified Yoga teachers who have completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified Basic Teacher Training program, but it would be recommended to attend an Integral Yoga immersion course before attending. Six months of teaching experience is recommended.
