Please feel free to reach out and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I sometimes take a few days to respond, so please be patient with me 🙏🏾.

In the mean time, I often get some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), which I have listed below. If you still need some answers just email me and I'll be super delighted to connect.

do you only work with people who have disabilities or special needs?

I work with every one and any one who wants to learn yoga. I have students who are very advanced in their asana practice and those who have severe disabilities. I save most of my private teaching hours for people who cannot find a specialised yoga teacher in this area, as they need the one-to-one attention. My weekly group classes are for the general public who can attend a drop-in class.

I want to join a teacher training, but i'm worried that i am not flexible or strong enough. can i still participate in a teacher training?

Of course you can. Our main requirement is that you have practiced yoga regularly for about a year and have a sincere desire to go deep into the study and practice of Integral Yoga. Our 200-hour training program starts you right at the beginning and nurtures your personal practice based on your ability and how you can use that to your advantage as a yoga teacher. We offer a variety of training programs that are designed to bring yoga to for all ages and abilities, and offer trainings that are designed for those with limited mobility and special needs. Please see the full menu of trainings here.

Can I hire you for a REGULAR private CLASS?

Private classes are a wonderful way to develop your practice based on your individual needs. My private teaching schedule gets booked up really quickly and I focus those hours for people who have limited mobility or disability.  If for some reason, our schedules don't match up, not to worry. I am happy to introduce you to my network of teachers that I have trained personally who will be more than happy to help. Please email me directly for prices by filling in the contact form above.

Do you offer corporate workshops?

I offer workshops that are specifically targeted to a busy workforce. They are designed to empower others to succeed without compromising their values; enjoy ambition without feeling stressed or burnt out; and to progress economically while evolving internally. Workshops can be offered in an hour, half-day or full-day sessions. To see the menu of workshops, please click here

do you offer any financial aid to people who cannot afford to attend classes?

I offer a weekly group class which is based on a suggested contribution of $100. Participants who can afford to pay market rate pay more and those who cannot afford it, pay less. It all goes in a donation box, so we don't get to see it. Proceed from this class go to support YAMA Foundation, which offers free or subsidised yoga classes for underprivileged communities.

I believe that money should not be an issue for someone to receive the beautiful teachings of Integral yoga. For this reason, I offer an instalment plan for the teacher training programs and also offer scholarships based on individual application. Please contact me directly using the form above and I would be happy to talk to you further about it.
