Integral Yoga Sangha is a yoga community meet-up in Hong Kong where students of all backgrounds can study Yoga philosophy and practice an Integral Yoga Hatha class together.
Led by Hersha Chellaram, she offers two classes:
7:00pm-8:00pm: Yoga Study of the Bhagavad Gita
Chapter 3: Karma, Dharma & Duty
7:30pm-8:30pm: Integral Yoga Hatha Class
The classes are by donation (suggested HK$100) and profits go directly towards funding YAMA Foundation's free yoga programs for Hong Kong's underserved communities.
